Responsible for processing various Human Resources forms, including evaluations, payroll changes, employment verifications, etc. Maintains department records and files, assuring both accurate and timely completion. Responsible for maintaining and stocking supplies for employee pre-employment, insurance and re-orientation packets. Assists the HR Assistant and HR Manager with various administrative and clerical related tasks.
High school graduate or equivalent with minimum one (1) year administrative/clerk experience. One (1) year Human Resources support function experience preferred. Must be flexible and demonstrate ability to handle multiple assignments, balance priorities and have strong organizational skills. Must maintain employee, patient and resident confidentiality at all times. Must be able to read, write and understand English and interface professionally, tactfully and respectfully with all staff and the general public. Good computer knowledge and skills in working with spreadsheets, data entry, etc.
