Did You Know? September is Sepsis Awareness Month. At KVHD, we want our Kern River Valley friends and neighbors to know the signs of this life-threatening condition, because early action saves lives. Sepsis can affect anyone, and symptoms like confusion, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, fever or chills, and severe pain should never be ignored.
